This project involved the restoration of the interior spaces and renovation of this century-old Philadelphia landmark, which included building systems, facades and the creation of new offices for the Department of General Services and Philadelphia Media Network, as well as core and shell for retail use.

C.B. Development was the Owner’s Representative and managers of the development team for design and construction, value engineering, and cost management for the renovation project.
