The project involved the demolition of an existing school building and the construction of a new 69,000 SF elementary school and ancillary play fields. The school accommodates grades K through 5 and includes
a gymnasium and cafeteria, community spaces, along with the classroom, large group learning spaces and library.
The project also involved an extensive effort with Haverford Township and local residents to position the building on the site in the most effective manner to assimilate into the residential neighborhood while providing much needed recreational spaces and athletic fields.
C.B Development was the Owner Representative and managed all aspects of the land development, design, phasing, and construction for this complex project.
