Project included managing the programming, planning, design and construction of the $62M renovation of the Haverford middle School. The renovation was done in multiple phases over a three year period while the building remained occupied and school in session. The scope included complete demolition and replacement of all interior systems and finishes and significant renovation to the exterior of the building and site.  ​
