The uses include luxury condominiums, ancillary spaces (pool, exercise, parking, etc.) retail space (Barney’s COOP) and restaurant (Serafina). CBD had been involved with this unique and difficult project since 2006, starting in the late stages of design and prior to the start of construction. CBD worked to finalize the construction contract and negotiations of the construction managers GMP, through the tower construction.
