RENOVATION of HISTORIC BUILDING

This project involved the renovation and conversion of the upper floors of the Warwick Hotel into luxury condominiums. It included complete replacement of the building systems, restoration of the façade and replacement of all interior finishes of this 1926 historical building.
The Warwick Hotel, with its English Renaissance architecture, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Carlson Hotels, Allan Domb Real Estate and Frankel Enterprises, developed the top eight floors of the hotel (floors 14 through 21) into approximately 100 luxury condominiums including studios, one, two and three bedrooms.
C.B. Development was the Owner’s Representative and managed all aspects of the design, construction, value engineering, and cost management for this renovation project.
